How to Request Data Deletion

Initiating Deletion:

To request the deletion of your user data, please use one of the following methods:

  1. In-App Request:

    You can initiate the data deletion request directly through the Hotelna mobile application. Please follow these steps:

    1. Open the Hotelna application on your mobile device.
    2. Navigate to the "Settings" or "Account" section.
    3. Find the "Delete Account" or "Delete Data" option.
    4. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your deletion request.
  2. Email Request:

    You can also submit your data deletion request via email. Please send an email to contact@hotelna.com with the following information:

    • Your full name
    • Your registered email address
    • A clear statement requesting the deletion of your Hotelna account and all associated data.

Process and Timeline
